My name is Kyndra Holley. I live just outside of Seattle, Wa. I have lost nearly 60 pounds through a low carb/primal diet, CrossFit and running. I also hold my Level 1 CrossFit Trainer certificate. Blogging allows me to combine several passions in one little tiny corner of cyberspace... Cooking, fitness, writing, photography. I am a firm believer in the weight loss potential and health benefits of a low carb way of life. I have used my many years in the restaurant industry and my passion for cooking to create an ever changing menu for myself, as well as for you.
